Cordell Hull, Chairman
Eric Zausner, President
Recently, Mr. Zausner was President of Strategic Performance Management, a San Francisco based management consulting company. The firm specialized in mergers and acquisitions, developing strategies to improve performance, and establish domestic and international strategic alliances. His main clients have included major electric and gas utilities, E&C firms, major power equipment providers and energy services companies among others.
Mr. Zausner was Managing Director of Booz Allen and Hamilton and was a member of the six-person Executive Committee and member of the Board of Directors. He established and directed Booz Allen and Hamilton's energy practice, managed the firm's 200 million domestic consulting practice and all of its worldwide industry and functional practices. Throughout his 15 years at Booz Allen, he focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy and international business development.
Prior to joining Booz Allen and Hamilton, he held senior government posts in the Executive Office of the President, the Department of the Interior, and as Deputy Administrator of the Federal Energy Administration, a 4000 person, $2 billion agency, the predecessor to the Department of Energy.
Mr. Zausner graduated with honors in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University and received his MBA, with honors, in Finance, from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Frost Cochran, Managing Director
Mr. Cochran is a partner of EAM and is responsible for overall management of EAM's international natural gas and electric infrastructure acquisition and development activities. Prior to joining EAM, Mr. Cochran was Vice President of Enron Development Corporation and was primarily responsible for Enron's energy infrastructure development and acquisition efforts in the Asia/Pacific region. At Enron, Mr. Cochran led development projects in Pakistan, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines, and was the lead in-country developer of the US$1 billion Dabhol Power Project in the state of Maharashtra, India.
In prior positions at Enron, Destec Energy and Kemper Securities, Mr. Cochran led a broad range of U.S. independent power project (IPP) acquisitions and project financing activities. Mr. Cochran received his BA (Business Administration) from the University of Mississippi at Oxford and his MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
Stephen Del Regno, Principal
Mr. Del Regno is responsible for acquisition and development of international natural gas and electricity infrastructure opportunities on behalf of EAM and its partners. Prior to joining EAM, Mr. Del Regno was President of Texaco Natural Gas International (TNGI) where he directed market development for Texaco's current and prospective natural gas reserves in Australia, Asia, Latin America, Africa, the UK, Europe and the Former Soviet Union. Earlier in his career, Mr. Del Regno held various forecasting, analysis, planning and market research positions at a major U.S. interstate natural gas pipeline and a major U.S. electric utility and for the Arabian American Oil Company (ARAMCO) in Saudi Arabia. Mr. Del Regno received his BA (Economics and English Literature) and MS (Econometrics) from the University of North Texas.
