Scott WillsonSunday. Race, :52, 11 miles. Hillsboro Fairgrounds. Rocked-out first lap and thought I might accidently win be Cat B state champion. Legs got tired and couldn't pedal fast, which turned out to be a liability. Fast through the barriers. Able to ride the deep mud. Managed to annoy a singlespeed rider to the point that he tried to ride me off the course. No problems with Kiddie Cross race run on the last lap! Finished around 20th. Cheryl WillsonLast Friday.
